Ingredients (1 serving)

  1. 1 package (180 g) udon, boiled
  2. About 100 g beef, cut into bite size pieces
  3. 1/2 onion, peeled, halved, thinly sliced
  4. 150 ml mentsuyu (Noodle soup stock)
  5. 450 ml water
  6. 2 curry roux blocks, melted
  7. 1 tablespoon potato starch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water

First, slice onions.

Next, 150 ml of mentsuyu and 450 ml of water are put in a pan and boiled gently.

Add sliced ​​onions and beef, heat them for a while, and skim off scum when it comes out.

After that, put two curry roux blocks and check that the curry roux is melted. Turn the heat down and add water-solubilized potato starch for thickening soups.

At the same time, prepare noodles. After boiling a suitable amount of water, add 1 pack of noodles and let them boil for 1 minute. Then transfer the noodles to a bowl.
