(Machine translation) Today we prepared ice cream. Compared to commercially available ice creams and ice creams sold in stores, delicious ice cream was made by ourselves. We are a little happy.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 egg yolk, spooned
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • 80 ml milk
  • 40 g sugar
  • 3 or 4 drops vanilla extract
  • Ice cream maker

First, take the ice cream maker’s cold storage pot out from our freezer (freeze it for 12 hours or more).

Next, yolk is separated as shown in the photo below.

Put milk, fresh cream, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla essence in a cold pot, then mix.

Cover the ice cream maker and stir the mixture for 20 minutes.

When finished, remove the lid and fill a cone with the ice cream.

The rest is put into a preservation container and is kept frozen in our freezer.
