(Machine translation) Cold gazpacho that comes with a sandwich seems to fit for early summer. You can get ingredients in supermarkets at a reasonable price!

Ingredients (1 serving)

  1. 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  2. 20 g onion, thinly sliced
  3. 40 g cucumber, thinly sliced
  4. 20 g red paprika, thinly sliced
  5. 1 piece garlic, thinly sliced (the above sliced materials are processed with a food processor)
  6. 5 g bread crumbs
  7. 60 ml water
  8. 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  9. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  10. Tabasco a little
  11. Dash
  12. 2 basil leaves

First, cut vegetables: paprika, cucumbers, onions, garlics and tomatoes and put them in a bowl.

Next, add salt, pepper, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons olive oil, and 1 tablespoon vinegar to the vegetables in a bowl.

Put them in a mixer, add 5 g of bread crumbs and 60 ml of water (add Tabasco as you like) and turn on the mixer and mix them until fully mixed.

Once mixed well, pour the soup on a plate, wrap it, and store it in a refrigerator for a while.

Now, let’s eat the soup with basil leaves! Today we have lunch with a sardine sandwich. Enjoy an early summer lunch that is visually beautiful and refreshes you.
